We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Additional Information

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.


Unfortunately, one of the biggest problems in the Peptide industry is taking payments. The banking industry is not Peptide friendly which is why we are not always able to provide onsite options to pay with your debit or credit card. Despite these challenges, we are able to take payment in a variety of ways and usually can provide a debit or credit card option to our returning customers. If you have placed orders with us before and would like to pay via credit card, please contact our service department for help. We ask for your patience when it comes to paying for your Peptides because the difficulty we face in taking your debit or credit card are industry wide and largely out of our control. For our customers that are willing to communicate and establish a relationship with us, we are usually able to provide a convenient debit/credit card option to pay for their order. We understand that it is frustrating to not be able to checkout with your debit/credit card onsite and empathize. Trust us when we say it would make all of our lives a lot easier. With that being said, please work with us and we will work hard to provide convenient payment options for you!


We use the latest security techniques to protect you and us from fraudulent use of your credit card. We follow a 256 bit encryption technique to prevent fraud. We follow strict rules. On all orders we require the billing address to match the address on the credit card. After we authorize your credit card the card information is immediately deleted. For orders above $500, we require a signature for UPS delivery. Also, we require the security code for all credit card transaction.

How to find your card security code:

On a Visa, MasterCard or Discover, please turn your card over and look in the signature strip. You will find (either the entire 16-digit string of your card number, OR just the last 4 digits), followed by a space, followed by a 3-digit number. That 3-digit number is your card security code.

On American Express Cards, the CID number is a 4-digit number on the front that appears above the end of your card number.

Why do we need the card security code?

This is a security measure we require for all transactions. Since the card security code is a number listed on your credit card, but is not stored anywhere, the only way to know the correct number for your credit card is to physically have possession of the card itself.


Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns of peptides due to possible product degradation. We will accept limited returns if a product arrives damaged.Please contact customer service at info@peptidesofamerica.com for instructions. If shipment has been lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS,…) and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS) and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” then our guarantee has been fulfilled and WE WILL NOT RESHIP FREE OF CHARGE.

If a product is missing from your order then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

How do returns work?

If we accept your return, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us at SUPPORT NUMBER for shipping labels and return information.

How are chargebacks handled?

Chargebacks are taken very seriously and will be treated as fraud against our company. If you have changed your mind about a product, it is not grounds for filing a fraudulent usage claim.

When will my order be shipped?

Shipping is 2-5 days after payment is received. Orders are shipped out Monday – Friday, within 48 hours of receiving payment for credit card and bitcoin purchases, and within 7 to 10 business days for e-check purchases.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are flat fee of $7.90 for USPS priority shipping but may vary depending on location and priority. You will see all shipping options at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped through USPS first class unless you expedite it which will ship as USPS priority.

What do I do if my shipment is incorrect or damaged?

To ensure ourselves against mishandling by USPS, we photograph and document every order. If your order still arrives damaged, you have 14 days to contact us for return or replacement.
